SEATOLLER WAS A THREE MASTED IRON VESSEL OF 558 TONS BUILT BY EVANS & CO OF LIVERPOOL AND LAUNCHED IN JUNE OF 1866.


THE WHITE STAR LINE CHARTERED HER FROM GAMBLE & CO OF LIVERPOOL AND UNDER THE COMMAND OF CAPTAIN D BROWN SHE SAILED FOR
AUSTRALIA IN OCTOBER OF 1866


SHE ARRIVED ON 18TH DECEMBER 1884 IN NEWCASTLE, PORT AUGUSTA FROM ?


SHE WAS TO BE WRECKED IN THE VICINITY OF THE FALKLAND ISLANDS WITH CAPTAIN WILLIAM JENNINGS IN COMMAND ON 28TH JULY 1890

SIX MONTHS EARLIER IN THE SAME AREA SHE HAD RESCUED THE CREW OF THE BRITISH VESSEL CAMBRIAN DUCHESS WHICH WAS LOST ON 16TH APRIL 1890
